2011 Warren County Rescue Squad Toy Drive
The Warren Co. Rescue Squad will be taking names for the 2011 Toy Drive starting Nov. 1st thru Nov. 30th. You can stop by the Rescue Squad Building on Sparta Street Monday thru Thursday between the hours of 5pm to 7 pm.
We will not accept names over the phone and we will not accept names after Nov. 30th.
You must be the Parent or Legal Guardian to fill out the application for toys. You are also required to have all of the following items in order to fill out an application for toys.
Driver's License (or Picture ID)
Child's Birth Certificate
Proof of Residency
Child's Social Security Number
